Russia’s S7 Will Decommission Its Airbus A320/1neo Planes Due To Sanctions

According to Dmitry Yadrov, the head of the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency ( , FAVT, or Rosaviatsiya), S7 Airlines will be forced to ground its Airbus A320neo family aircraft due to the mandatory engine repairs of the PW1100G, which has become increasingly difficult due to the sanctions imposed on Russia for its invasion of Ukraine.
