Filling the growing demand for nonstop services often means launching a new route, and yesterday, Jetstar Asia did just that with a new service between Singapore and Sri Lanka. When the new route opens in November, Jetstar Asia said it will be the only low-cost carrier to fly direct from Singapore to Colombo, the largest city and financial center of Sri Lanka.
