The concept of luxury for US carriers can be different from that of other big players around the world. There are no enormous suites like those in Singapore Airlines or showers like those in Emirates, but airlines like Delta, and even United, have made recent attempts to improve their customer satisfaction on the ground and onboard aircraft for a more premium experience.
