TOMORROW: Signalling upgrades and level crossing closures in Wokingham to result in diversions for motorists

Railway reliability upgrades by Network Rail will mean temporary closures of the level crossings at Wokingham station and Easthampstead Road (Star Lane) and will see diversions in place for road users in the area from 26 January to 19 February.
The safety-critical engineering project will see a specialist netting system installed on a rock cutting near Ratho on the Glasgow-Edinburgh railway line
