Emergency work to stabilise a cutting near Fareham in south east Hampshire will mean buses replace trains between Eastleigh and Fareham next week

Network Rail and South Western Railway (SWR) are urging customers travelling between Eastleigh and Fareham to check before travelling as the line will be closed from Monday 29 January to Friday 2 February for emergency works to stabilise a cutting.
A year-long project will start at Scarborough railway station in North Yorkshire next week that includes the restoration of the Grade II-Listed station roof.
Network Rail is warning passengers that the Cross City line between Birmingham New Street and Lichfield Trent Valley will close for nine days this summer.
