Spirit’s HQ Sells For $93M & The Highest Bid Lost

Nearly 15 weeks on from Spirit Airlines’ shutdown, another key part of its previous infrastructure has been sold to a new owner. When an airline ceases operations, things with concrete connections to the day-to-day needs of aviation, such as aircraft and the slots at airports that they occupy, are among the most obvious assets that need to be moved on. However, this latest deal involves its old HQ.
