Thousands of United Airlines flight attendants will see a change in their paychecks at the end of July 2026, due to the new ratified contract that was agreed in May 2026. This includes an increased hourly rate as well as the introduction of boarding pay, which has been a long-sought-after change due to the unpaid duties performed before the pushback of the aircraft.
