Man scales Bolte Bridge tower in Melbourne, spray-paints ‘Pam the Bird’ graffiti

A 22-year-old man from Yarraville climbed a 140-meter tower on the Bolte Bridge in Melbourne, spray-painted ‘Pam the Bird’ graffiti, protested high taxes, and threw objects at police during a nine-hour standoff that closed two lanes.

Victoria Police, including the Critical Incident Response Team and Search & Rescue, responded to the incident.
