ANA plans significant European expansion from Tokyo Haneda in 2024. While the various new routes, resumptions, and frequency increases have not been officially announced when writing, an article by Nikkei shows that they are coming, and some are bookable/scheduled. Most will be affected by the inability to overfly Russian airspace and are mainly to Star Alliance hubs.
