Aer Lingus recently made history by operating its inaugural scheduled commercial passenger flight from its main hub at Dublin Airport (DUB) to Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) in the US state of Pennsylvania. This new corridor represents Aer Lingus’ 24th North American route from Ireland and is also significant as the third long-haul service to and from Pittsburgh.
