The C-130J Hercules and C-27 Spartan transport aircraft were deployed to collect and transport more than 340 residents of indigenous communities affected by Category Three Tropical Cyclone Narelle in Eastern Arnhem Land over the weekend.

Air Canada appeals NSW court’s turbulence injury ruling

The airline has turned to the Court of Appeal to overturn a NSW Supreme Court finding that the wording in its conditions of carriage, as it relates to the Montreal Convention, meant a cap on damages for personal injury could be excluded.
