East Midlands Railway has teamed up with a brain injury charity to create a support card that enables customers to quickly let staff know of their needs.
Anthony Pilkington, a member of the Gresley Society, enjoyed a unique behind-the-scenes tour of Network Rail’s Gresley Institute in Doncaster after placing the winning bid in a charity auction.
The funding has come from CrossCountry’s Customer and Community Improvement Fund
