New Pacific Airlines, formerly known as Northern Pacific Airways, has applied to operate two routes from North Dakota, the United States, to Minneapolis – Saint Paul International Airport (MSP). The airline would receive subsidies if approved since it would provide essential air service from the two North Dakotan cities.
