Adele Barker has joined M Group as chief people officer, to lead the people strategy, supporting sustainable business performance.
With extensive sector expertise and strategic leadership experience from senior positions held at British Gas, Orange, and other well-known consumer brands, Adele is well placed to drive business growth, transformation and change, in line with M Group’s ambitions.
Adele joins M Group from Pennon Plc. Adele champions the power of engaged teams and believes in nurturing exceptional leadership at all levels.
