While we’re sure that most people are hoping that the Boeing 777X gets certified as soon as possible, today’s news concerns a different 777 variant getting certified. Indeed, it was on April 8th that The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified the Mammoth Freighters 777-200LRMF (Long Range Mammoth Freighter) for cargo operations, clearing the way for the converted aircraft for commercial service.
