@JacintaAllanMP WTF needs to happen before you do something @YarraCouncil weak ass have done nothing either. Has become a joke with drugged people laying about the streets. Melbourne a once proud and a lister for liability has fallen a long way and with the new budget and the debt will fall even further.
Why does Melbourne put up with this?
