Brazilian carrier Azul Linhas Aereas, or more simply, Azul, has now concluded its financial restructuring process, thus exiting Chapter 11 proceedings that have been before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. This indicates that the airline has made full repayment of its debtor-in-possession financing. These plans were approved in mid-December last year.
