French bee is undoubtedly doing something both unusual and bold for a relatively small carrier. The airline is sending its fleet of 480-seat Airbus A350-1000 jets across the Atlantic to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). This long-haul service is one of the densest twin-engine operations in the United States market. Since Newark also sees no scheduled Airbus A380 flights, this makes the flight the airport’s highest-capacity passenger service.
