The Mexican Air Force (FAM) is the official warfare service branch of the Mexican Army. Established in 1913, it has been involved in significant historical conflicts, such as the Mexican Revolution, World War II, the Chiapas Revold, and the Mexican Drug War. FAM also has an extensive pilot selection and training process, which includes higher education, middle education, technical and tactical training, and specialized training. It has five different campuses for pilot training, which caters to its fleet of various aircraft types.
