On October 20, 2025, a tragedy occurred at Hong Kong International Airport (HKG). An ACT Airlines-operated Boeing 747-400 freighter was flying as Emirates SkyCargo EK9788, a service which quickly veered off of Hong Kong International’s North runway after landing and struck a patrol vehicle. This incident sent the aircraft tumbling into the sea tragically, and many bystanders saw the entire accident.
