The Eurofighter Typhoon and the Dassault Ralafe are the two main multi-role European fighter jets, with the Swedish Saab Gripen also a notable European fighter. The Eurofighter has now seen over 20 years of service, while the Ralafe has just hit 20 years, having been in service since 2004 (starting with the French Navy). Both the Typhoon and Ralafe have seen repeated combat (particularly in the RAF and French Air Force).
