CCP approves PTCL acquisition of Telenor Pakistan

The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has finally cleared Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited’s (PTCL) acquisition of rival Telenor Pakistan and Orion Towers, subject to a series of stringent conditions.
