Boeing Eyes San Antonio & Jacksonville As Potential New Sites For F/A-18 Service Life Work

Boeing (NYSE: BA) is set to relocate its F/A-18 Super Hornet Service Life Modification (SLM) work out of St. Louis starting in 2026, ending the current site’s usage by 2027 in a move that will free up capacity for site expansion and future programs. These are both things the US-based aerospace manufacturer Boeing has planned. The company is currently exploring a few candidate transfer sites, including San Antonio and Jacksonville.
