Jet2 remains one of the world’s largest users of active passenger Boeing 737-300s.Ch-aviation shows seven frames, each company-owned and paid off. In this sense, they’re cheap as chips (as were its now-retired 757s), offset by higher fuel burn and maintenance. Each aircraft has 148 all-economy seats, although none have the Quick Change capability (they were retired). At 28.5 years, its oldest -300 is G-GDFG, which was delivered to Air Europa in 1997.
