Airline compensation firm, Flightright, published its ranking of the best and worst carriers in Europe in 2025. It looked at (just) 20 airlines and established the best and the worst for 2025. Ultimately, it found Finnair to be the worst carrier in Europe, behind the likes of low-cost giants Ryanair and Vueling. Surprising indeed, especially as airline awards specialist, SkyTrax, placed the company 25th in the world making it one of the best in Europe.
