The new regional jet, snapped in an Embraer hangar in Brazil, is set to bear the registration VH-E2A and the name “Coral Bay”, and is expected to touch down in Australia in early September.
The Dash 8-300, VH-TQM (pictured in 2012), ran through approximately seven lights at the edge of Mildura’s runway as it took off in the early hours of 25 February bound for Melbourne, the safety watchdog said.
