Lufthansa’s Lockheed Super Star Gets Its Wings

The wings of Lufthansa’s restored Lockheed L-1649A “Superstar” have arrived in Frankfurt, where they will be attached to the fuselage, which arrived earlier this month. Once reassembled, the aircraft will be Lufthansa’s main attraction at the new Lufthansa Group Conference & Visitor Center (CVC) in Frankfurt am Main.
