The aviation industry is quickly becoming a much more diverse sector than ever before, with advocacy groups such as Latino Professionals In Aerospace playing a key role in giving a voice to those from minority communities as they find their way in the sector. In its 10 years of existence, LPA has helped to highlight and grow the Latino community’s value and leadership in the aviation industry.

What comes to mind when you think of Qatar Airways? Perhaps the QSuite, state funding, or a sea of widebodies. What may not immediately spring forth is the carrier’s least-served routes. Of course, its a similar deal for most airlines – the least popular destinations tend to get the oldest and smallest aircraft.
