The Airbus A350-1000 and Boeing 777-9 are both among the largest commercial jets ever conceived. While neither aircraft can challenge the capacity of the two super jumbos – the Boeing 747 and Airbus A380 – they are nonetheless two of the biggest twinjet widebody aircraft on the market today. The 777-9 hasn’t entered service yet, but is expected to do so late next year with launch customer Lufthansa. As for the A350-1000, it made its debut in February 2018 with Qatar Airways, which was also the launch customer of the A350-900.
