Low-Cost Carrier Israir Becomes Third Israeli Airline Licensed To Fly To New York

Israeli low-cost carrier Israir has officially been given the green light to operate flights between Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) and New York and is set to become the third Israeli airline to offer flights between the two countries. However, the airline will need to secure long-range aircraft as it currently operates a fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft.
