Fast-growing UK leisure airline Jet2 will open a two-aircraft Bournemouth base in April 2025 (yes, in a year). It will be its 12th UK base and join recent openings at Liverpool (starts soon) and Bristol (2021). It will be the first time Jet2 has served anywhere near Bournemouth, so it seems a pretty obvious opportunity.
