According to Jetstar’s figures, over the past two months, more than 84 per cent of flights have arrived within 30 minutes of schedule, and 94 per cent within the hour.

Heading into 2026, Air India continues to operate an incredibly diverse fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft with narrowbodies and widebodies from the European planemaker, and widebodies from the American planemaker. There are 187 aircraft in the mainline fleet with another 100-plus additional jets with regional subsidiary Air India Express.
