EU Approves New Sanctions Against Iranian Carriers & Issues Travel Bans

Three Iranian airlines have been sanctioned by the European Union on Monday, banning them from European airspace after Brussels accused them of aiding in the transfer of weapons to Russia. The bloc has also imposed a travel ban and an asset freeze.
