FAA: Boeing Must Not Increase 737 MAX Production Rate Until Quality Issues Are Fixed

Mike Whitaker, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), insisted that Boeing will not be able to increase production rates of the Boeing 737 MAX until it finishes addressing the quality lapses that the regulator has identified.
