Official: MoD Will Retire Hawk T2 Jet In 2040

The UK's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has confirmed its schedule to retire the Hawk T2 trainer in 2040. The MoD has recently accelerated its search for a replacement aircraft for its future Global Combat Air Programme.
