The consensus in commercial aviation is that the availability of sustainable aviation fuel will propel airlines most of the way to achieving their 2050 net zero emissions goals. However, looking further ahead, many also see green hydrogen as the way to long-term emissions-free aviation and one organization pushing that message is Air New Zealand.
