Every year, March 8th marks International Women’s Day, with the special date having now been celebrated in various forms for more than a century. This year, Australian flag carrier Qantas and its low-cost subsidiary Jetstar Airways are celebrating the day by operating more than 50 flights with all-female crews in the week leading up to the big occasion. Collectively, these will involve more than 250 employees.
