Recently, Simple Flying had the honor of interviewing Patrick Brown, a United States Air Force (USAF) reservist and operational test pilot, about his ideas for the future of the United States Air Force. This is in the wake of a recent report by the Air & Space Forces Association’s Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies about the USAF pilot crisis threatening the future of many USAF Reserve and Air National Guard units.
