NSW Police are considering the possibility that the caravan filled with explosives could be a set-up Nine reports authorities have been left “confused by a string of obvious clues”, including notes and the address of a synagogue Deputy Commissioner David Hudson says the idea of a set-up is a “consideration that we’re looking at”.

A caravan laden with mining explosives is “abandoned.” A guy moves it onto his property. Moves it a second time. Two weeks later somebody finally opens it. Immediately declared a failed/potential terrorist attack. Curious.
