The Passenger Movement Charge (PMC), which was increased to $70 per passenger as of last July, is added to departing international passengers’ airfares and brought in more than $1.2 billion in revenue for the overnment annually pre-COVID.
The project, which opened at the end of June, involved refurbishing the former international area after international services were shifted to the southern end of the terminal as part of a $260 million expansion in 2022.
