JetZero’s Blended Wing “Pathfinder” For The US Air Force Advances To Fly By 2027

On January 3, Air & Space Forces Magazine broke the news that JetZero – one of the contenders for the United States Air Force’s (USAF’s) Next Generation Air Refueling System (NGAS) of aerial refueling – is making substantial progress towards a flying prototype. Although JetZero did not respond to Simple Flying inquiries by press time, it is safe to say that USAF and JetZero are teaming up to push forward a Blended Wing Body design similar to the X-48.
