For decades, consumers have gradually begun to gravitate toward subscription-based models, with everything from television to online shopping experiences defined by paying a monthly or annual fee and then receiving a fixed benefit in return. For America’s youth as well as older consumers in a post-COVID environment, this has been even more prevalent, with even more customers than ever purchasing more goods than ever on subscription-based models.
