Lufthansa’s Interest In ITA Airways: The Story So Far

Italy’s government is selling a stake in flag carrier ITA Airways to the Lufthansa Group. This deal has been a long time in the making and the government tried to privatize the airline for several years. A deal was finally reached, but it was not that simple.
