The F-16 Fighting Falcon is one of the older aircraft in the United States Air Force, but it is constantly being updated and modernized. Now, the Air Force has reported that an F-16 assigned to the 85th Test and Evaluation Squadron has flown with the first AN/ALQ-257 Integrated Viper Electronic Warfare Suite (IVEWS). This is important as the Air Force has more than 700 F-16s in inventory and is expected to serve into the 2030s.
