US Air Force F-16s From 480th Fighter Squadron In Germany Deploy To Middle East

Amid Israel’s ongoing war on Iran’s Hamas and Hezbollah proxies and allied Houthis attacking merchant shipping in the Red Sea, Israel and Iran have been engaging in tit-for-tac missile attacks. On October 26, Israel launched a massive air strike on Iran, which it claims to have destroyed much of Iran’s air defense capabilities and missile production facilities. On the eve of the strikes, the US Air Force announced on October 25 that it was deploying another squadron of F-16 Fighting Falcons from Germany to the Middle East.
