French Rafale Jets Fly Over USA To Mark Bicentennial Of Revolutionary Hero Lafayette’s Tour

The French Air Force has sent two Dassault Rafale fighter jets and a tanker to celebrate the return of Lafayette in 1824 – who did much to aid the Revolutionaries in winning independence from the British. The Rafale is the most modern and capable fighter jet built by France and is now experiencing considerable export success on the international market.
