Intercity train operator Avanti West Coast has announced that it is to continue its partnership with a local patisserie to serve Eton Mess for its First Class customers.
Avanti West Coast and Network Rail have revealed plans and to create a new ticket office and first-class lounge at Glasgow Central station this autumn.
The West Coast Main Line is closed between Preston and Lancaster whilst emergency services attend to an incident.
