The Netherlands has now officially delivered the first of 24+ pledged F-16 Fighting Falcons to Ukraine. Earlier, Simple Flying reported that the first batch of 6 to 10 F-16s had already arrived in Ukraine (these were thought to be a mixture of Danish and Dutch F-16s). Separately, the Netherlands recently formally decommissioned the F-16 from service and has now fully transitioned to the new F-35 stealth fighter.

Negotiations often take unexpected twists and turns, but it seems Air Canada is writing its own playbook for bargaining with pilots. The airline announced today that it is finalizing contingency plans to suspend most of its operations.
