On September 26th, 2024, the Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a Savanna, Georgia-based subsidiary of the General Dynamics Corporation, announced that more than 100 customer pilots had now earned the appropriate type rating to fly the Gulfstream G700, one of the largest business jets ever built. This aircraft is set to be the next in a long line of Gulfstream flagship private jets, succeeding the G650 as the largest and fastest aircraft ever built by the company.
