For the last two years, we have followed the monthly results of the Singapore Airlines Group and charted its decline as COVID hit hardest and then its recovery as borders slowly reopened in Asia, albeit at least one year behind the other major aviation regions. Throughout 2023, the group charted a sure but steady recovery while effectively adding capacity just ahead of the demand curve, thereby keeping load factors high and post-pandemic operations profitable.
